Weekend in New York

This past weekend, I was in New York City (one of the most photographed places on Earth, apparently!) While walking by a nail salon in Nolita, I noticed every employee was on their smartphone. This article raises an important question - should we blame our devices, or ourselves, for our inability to unplug? And, if you're ready to take the plunge and put down your smartphone, here are some  tips for unplugging.

The stormy weather was a great excuse to wander around the Metropolitan Museum of Art before stopping for a cup of coffee in their American Wing Cafe. Checking out the different kinds of people who visit the museum is often more entertaining than checking out the art, don't you think?
